The question
What end-to-end operational workflow has your team designed to combine source materials, AI drafting, and staff review into a repeatable process?
Useful context
The most practical workflow examples make every step visible. They describe the starting information, participating staff roles, Chat or Agent interaction patterns, quality checkpoints, and final deliverables.
Workflows span multiple campus domains:
- Faculty support. Preparing course resource guides or summarizing syllabus policies.
- Departmental operations. Organizing approved reference files for front-line advising staff.
- Student communications. Drafting clear policy explanations from approved web handbooks.
- Administrative planning. Producing initial committee briefing drafts or accreditation outlines.
Whichever domain yours sits in, build the shared example from fictionalized scenarios and fully sanitized details so colleagues can read it in public.
Share your approach
Describe a workflow developed at your institution so others can learn from your design process. These five questions cover most of what a reader needs:
- The problem. What specific campus problem or drafting task does the workflow address?
- The building blocks. Did your process use a saved Chat, a temporary Chat, a custom Agent, or a Knowledge collection?
- Sources and approvals. Which source documents did you allow, and what human approval steps did you build in?
- The surprise. What unexpected challenge occurred during your initial setup, and how did you resolve it?
- Adapting it elsewhere. What adjustments should another institution consider before adopting your workflow?
